Role Overview

We are looking for an RPA Developer with strong experience in Blue Prism to design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable and reliable robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Blue Prism
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather automation requirements
• Develop reusable objects and processes following Blue Prism best practices
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing automation solutions
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, and assist with production deployments
• Monitor bot performance and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing RPA solutions using Blue Prism
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end RPA solutions
• Knowledge of Blue Prism Object Studio and Process Studio
• Experience integrating Blue Prism with web applications, APIs, Excel, and enterprise systems
• Understanding of software development best practices, exception handling, and version control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
