We are currently seeking to employ a talented and highly-motivated “Senior Mobile Software Engineer” to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• You design, develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native CLI and TypeScript. The resulting software is readable, maintainable and aligned with established coding practices, and is accompanied by automated unit, integration and end-to-end tests.

• You define technical specifications by understanding business requirements, breaking down problems, evaluating the affected parts of the system and identifying other systems involved.

• You provide estimates for tasks required to deliver features, taking into account effort, complexity and risks associated with unknown areas. Planning is carried out based on business priorities and team estimations.

• You identify and propose new technologies and tools that solve problems and fit the development model. You communicate them effectively within the team, present them in a simple and understandable way, and demonstrate their value and positive impact on the development process. You share knowledge both within the team and across the organization.

• You create developer manuals and guidelines and participate in the creation of user manuals. You enrich code with appropriate comments, produce design documentation where necessary and create training material for other software engineers.

• You create or update build scripts that prepare final binaries for deployment to production and test environments, and you author deployment plans to be executed by IT Operations.

Knowledge:

• BSc or MSc in Computing/ Mathematics/ Engineering.
• 4 or more yearsof profesional experience in IOs and Android development using React Native CLI and Typescript.
• Excellent programming and software designskills.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent understanding of the insurance domain.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
