Android Application Development Analyst

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Your role involves carefully analyzing software behavior, collaborating with team members to understand system intricacies, and ensuring smooth operation of applications that support business functions. You will engage in continuous monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability and performance, contributing to a seamless user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and diagnose issues effectively. - Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas of concern. - Support the deployment and maintenance of application updates and patches. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Android Application Development. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity3D. - Strong understanding of mobile application lifecycle and architecture. - Experience with debugging tools and techniques specific to Android environments. - Familiarity with performance optimization and memory management in mobile applications. - Ability to analyze logs and trace issues to their root cause efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Android Application Development. - This position is based at our Manila office.
