- Collaborate closely with engineers and other disciplines (design, art, product, and QA) to deliver high-quality game experiences.
- Break larger goals into tasks, estimate timelines, and implement high-quality solutions.
- Communicate frequently, updating the team on progress, risks, and sharing ideas.
- Uphold quality through architecture/code reviews, testing, and feedback.
- Improve stability by investigating live issues, fixing bugs, profiling, and managing tech debt.
- Extensive software development experience in Unity and C#.
- Strong architectural knowledge with the ability to quickly adapt to new codebases.
- Experience creating and supporting tools in game development, along with mobile development expertise and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across design, art, and multidisciplinary teams.
- You’re quick to learn and adapt to new workflows and tools, and you’re open to leveraging AI technology to enhance your daily work.
- You are keen to grow and develop yourself and you are good at giving and receiving feedback.
- Build engineering experience (e.g. Jenkins)
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in other languages such as C++ or Python.
