Expectations

What We Want To See

• Experience in commercial mobile game development for iOS/Android;
• Proficiency in writing high-performance C# code;
• Ability to work with 3D physics;
• Proficiency in profiling and optimizing your code;
• Basic skills in working with UI, sprites, VFX, and SFX;
• Ability to work with Addressables;
• Native Russian language.

• Experience with networked games on mobile platforms (Photon/Mirror/proprietary solutions); Over a year of experience with ECS frameworks in Unity (preferably familiarity with Morpeh or Leo);
• Experience with open-world projects;
• Enthusiasm for working on a mobile hardcore project;

• Development of game logic and mechanics;
• Handling characters, vehicles, and their physics;
• Managing UI and effects from a code perspective;
• Working with an in-house network framework;
• Writing technical features for developers and game designers;
• Crafting client-server gameplay functionality (Unity + .NET).
