They also guarantee the permanent control of some 40,000 mobile terminals spread over 200 entities over the world.
You will be responsible for the implementation of the mobile product strategy under the management of the Product Manager for devices management ( InTune), Operating Systems ( iOS, Android) as well as the Group's security policy.
As a Mobile Technical Expert, you will represent AXA Group Operations in the dialogue with our Mobile Product Owner, in order to propose, to study, design and integrate new mobile services in line with the needs expressed and the Group strategy.
As an expert, you will actively participate in the resolution of incidents and problems within this scope.
Main missions
Your Responsibilities Include
- Operate the Azure AD / InTune infrastructure and integrate the new technical solutions on the different entities.
- Ensure the proper execution of Mobile projects and programmes in the upstream (assessment of customer needs and recommendations), design and implementation phases in order to ensure the relevance of the responses provided to the needs expressed by AXA GO or its partners.
- Provide technical expertise to project teams and technical teams on solutions related to the employee work environment.
- Write technical instructions, engineering plans, technical designs and other documents related to the integration of solutions.
- Design and participate in the development of cross-functional and integration services
- Research, evaluate and suggest systems / equipment / technologies based on internal customer requirements
- Guarantee the security and compliance of the Mobiles of the Group's employees.
- Resolve incidents, contact level 3 and report to editors and suppliers (Microsoft, Omnissa, Apple, etc.)

- Expert on MDM Intune/Azure (Microsoft)
- Expert on Mobile environments (IOS and Android)
- Scripting skills (powershell)
- Experience in a large and complex environment
- Language skills (other language than English and French)
