Android Engineer, AI/ML at BairesDev

In this role, you'll combine strong Android engineering with genuine AI/ML depth, building net-new products inside a startup where the bar is AI-native, not AI-assisted. Working with multi-agent frameworks alongside Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, you'll take ownership of features from a 1-pager to production without waiting for detailed specs. This is your opportunity to work at the intersection of Android engineering and agentic AI, building products that push the boundaries of what a mobile app can do.

What You'll Do:

- Build Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with deep AI/ML integration.

- Design and implement multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, or open-source agent frameworks.

- Own end-to-end feature delivery from product requirements through to production.

- Contribute across web or backend layers and navigate unfamiliar codebases confidently.

- Work across multiple concurrent net-new product initiatives.

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in software engineering.

- Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.

- Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.

- Self-directed product engineering mindset, able to work from a 1-pager or PRD without hand-holding.

- Full-stack range with comfort in unfamiliar codebases.

- Experience with Jetpack Compose.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
