Meet your future team
With direct reference to our Senior Manager, PT & MSW, H/C SC, you will be a part of our Production Technology and Manufacturing Software team, consisting of 9 colleagues. Together, we work on implementing new technologies and optimizing production processes across our Heat/Cooling production to ensure high product quality, uptime, and delivery performance. You will become part of a highly skilled team characterized by challenging tasks, close cross-functional collaboration, and an informal working environment.

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer who is motivated by developing reliable and scalable software solutions while working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across production and technology. You naturally take responsibility for driving software solutions from design to deployment, ensuring they are both technically robust and aligned with business needs.
In order to succeed we imagine that you:
- Have 5-10 years of professional software development experience, preferably from manufacturing, industrial automation, supply chain or product development.
- Have worked with business-critical systems in production, logistics, supply chain or industrial environments
- Bring experience with object-oriented development in C#/.NET or similar technologies, including integration with hardware, instruments or actual production lines
- Are comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions
