Role:
We are seeking an Analytics & Insights Manager reporting to the Director of Analytics & Insights. Based in our Baar, Switzerland corporate office you will lead data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding across the business. This role will transform complex data into actionable insights, oversee end-to-end data processes, and ensure accuracy across core systems. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to align on KPIs, support strategic decision-making, and foster a strong data-driven culture.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily data ingestion, synchronization, and validation processes across internal (CRM, PMS, Finance) and external data sources (vendors, partners, market feeds)
- Ensure all data pipelines and manual uploads are executed accurately and on schedule
- Coordinate with Data Engineering to troubleshoot data discrepancies, failed loads, or system mismatches
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data readiness, consistency, and governance across CRM, PMS, and ancillary systems
- Validate and maintain the integrity of datasets, ensuring alignment with enterprise data standards and with data privacy / compliance / governance requirements
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and develop predictive models (e.g., seasonality, demand forecasting, pricing performance, customer engagement)
- Partner with global and regional stakeholders to define and maintain standardized KPIs (e.g., occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, channel mix)
- Own the end-to-end development of dashboards and reporting frameworks in PBI for hotel performance across regions
- Ensure metrics for business performance are defined, measured, and maintained consistently across teams to support scalability and transparency
- Partner with Commercial and Operations teams to identify performance drivers and opportunities across markets, lines of business, and properties Translate recurring requirements of commercial and operational teams into automated, self-service dashboards
- Deliver actionable insights on revenue trends, booking behaviour and operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- 8–10 years of experience in customer analytics, data science, or business intelligence, preferably within luxury hospitality, travel, or consumer sectors
- Demonstrated expertise in predictive modelling and business analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI required; experience with Python, R, or statistical modeling tools preferred
- Experience with DBT, GitHub and Snowflake
- Experience integrating data from CRM, PMS, and external sources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of data governance, privacy compliance, and analytical best practices
