Data Quality Analyst

About The Role

We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to sit at the intersection of data engineering and data science. In this role, you will work with raw, unstructured data and transform it into clean, reliable, and well-structured datasets used for model training and analytics. The position combines analytical thinking with hands-on data pipeline work, with flexibility to lean more toward engineering or analytics depending on your interests.

What You’ll Do

• Clean, validate, and standardize raw data from multiple sources
• Build and maintain datasets for internal analytics and machine learning
• Detect anomalies and improve overall data quality
• Design data validation tests and monitoring processes
• Create dashboards and analytical reports
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on data preparation workflows

What We’re Looking For

• Solid knowledge of Python (especially Pandas) and SQL
• Ability to work directly with databases and write efficient queries
• Experience working with real-world, imperfect datasets
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality
• Experience working with LLMs

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Spark or other distributed data processing frameworks
• Background in private markets, finance, or complex datasets
• Familiarity with BI tools (any; we use Metabase)
