Toyota Boshoku Europe – Poland is the newly opened branch of Toyota Boshoku Europe, the Europe & Africa headquarters of Toyota Boshoku. The Wrocław branch plays an important role towards Toyota Boshoku Europe’s expansion strategy, while strengthening Toyota Boshoku’s footprint in the EA region.


Job Summary

Toyota Boshoku Europe is expanding its Digital Transformation activities and is looking for a Team Lead Digital Transformation AI & Analytics to strengthen its operational analytics capabilities.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused, combining advanced analytics delivery with coordination of analytics and digital factory activities across plants and functions. You will work closely with manufacturing, IT, and business teams to translate operational needs into practical analytics solutions.

You will act as a functional lead, guiding best practices, supporting junior colleagues, and contributing to roadmap execution.

Job Description:

Analytics & BI Delivery

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, dashboards, and reports supporting operational and business decision-making.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and transparency across analytics solutions.
  • Support reporting through reliable analytics and data models.
  • Work with teams to translate shopfloor needs into data and AI driven solutions.
  • Integrate and analyze data from production, quality, and operational systems.
  • Support standardization and reuse of analytics solutions across plants and branches.

Coordination & Functional Guidance

  • Act as a point of contact for analytics and digital factory topics within projects and initiatives.
  • Support and guide colleagues through knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Contribute to shaping analytics standards, templates, and ways of working.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with business, manufacturing, IT, and sustainability teams to understand requirements.
  • Translate business and operational questions into actionable analytics use cases.
  • Support change management and user adoption of analytics tools.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up to date with analytics, AI, BI, and digital manufacturing technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, optimize, and industrialize reporting and analytics.
  • Promote data-driven thinking within operational teams.


Your Profile

  • Fluent in English; other languages are considered a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-centric roles, preferably in an industrial or enterprise environment.
  • Experience with delivering end-to-end analytics solutions, from data ingestion and modelling to reporting and insights.
  • Hands-on expertise with Power BI, Excel, or comparable BI and visualization tools.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL, data modelling, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Afinity with modern data platforms and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
  • Software engineering experience applied to data, analytics, and artificial intelligence use cases.
  • Familiarity with industrial and enterprise data sources (e.g. MES, SCADA, EMS), as well as cloud services, web services, and APIs, is a strong plus.
  • Experience in manufacturing or automotive environments is preferred as a business domain, not a prerequisite.
  • Comfortable working in an operational, execution-focused role, translating business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
