What You’ll Do
MES Operations Support
- Provide daily operational support for MES systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Maintain system performance and data integrity
- Develop and validate SQL queries and reports
- Support BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Ensure KPIs reflect real manufacturing performance
- Support cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Fabric)
- Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve troubleshooting and documentation
- Maintain AI-supported knowledge base (SOPs, known issues, playbooks)
- Support AI-based monitoring (e.g., anomaly detection in KPIs)
- Help validate AI-generated alerts using operational data
- Build simple automation tools or bots when needed
- Support MES integrations (MES ↔ ERP ↔ WMS ↔ PLC)
- Assist with API and JSON data integrations
- Participate in architecture and impact discussions
- Support test case design and UAT
- Assist during deployments and go-live
- Validate system behavior under real production conditions
- Information systems, computer science degree or equivalent.
- 3 year or more in traceability support on manufacturing environment.
- Strong MES and manufacturing process knowledge
- Advanced SQL
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar)
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Fabric preferred)
- Basic Python knowledge (preferred)
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, automation platforms)

- Compensation range for this position is between $86,000 and $112,000 annually.
