NABLA Mobility Inc. is a startup driving operational optimization in the aviation company through the development and provision of strategic network solutions powered by AI and machine learning (ML).

Despite advances in technology, decision-making in the aviation sector still heavily relies on manual processes and expert judgment. As a result, issues such as turbulence, traffic congestion, and delays continue to impact flight safety, operational efficiency, and environmental sustainability.

We address these uncertainties by conducting advanced analyses of real-time and historical flight operation data.

Our flight optimization software, "Weave", functions as a decision-support tool that quantitatively evaluates trade-offs and proposes optimal solutions for strategic flight changes. It enables airlines to reduce fuel consumption while enhancing safety.

In addition, our software "OBST" semi-automates obstacle data processing. Based on NOTAMs and AIP information around airports, OBST quickly and easily evaluates the impact of obstacles and automates the takeoff performance calculation process. It is designed to accommodate the specific operational conditions of each airline.

We also offer a flight disruption forecasting solution, which detects potential operational irregularities in advance and supports timely, effective responses.

職務内容

BizDevと緊密に連携しながら、顧客データの分析から提言まで一気通貫で担う、裁量の大きな役割です。分析結果はBizDevの意思決定に直結するだけでなく、Science Teamが開発する要素技術の方向性にも影響を与えます。航空・モビリティという専門性の高いドメインで、データを起点にビジネスと技術開発の両方に貢献できるポジションです。

※必須要件以外の技術スタック（AWS CDK・TypeScript等）については、未経験でも意欲があればご応募いただけます。入社後にキャッチアップいただく想定です。

主な業務内容

• 顧客データの分析を通じたビジネス課題・改善機会の発見

• 顧客から提示された課題に対するデータ検証・フィージビリティスタディ

• 自社サービスの効果測定・定量評価

• 分析パイプラインの構築・自動化（AWS CDK使用、TypeScript推奨）

• BizDevチームへの分析結果の共有・提言

• 顧客へのプレゼン資料作成・提案

This is a highly autonomous role working in close partnership with the Business Development (BizDev) team, responsible for end-to-end ownership of customer data analysis, from identifying insights to delivering recommendations.

The results of your analyses will directly influence BizDev decision-making and help shape the direction of core technologies being developed by the Science Team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both business growth and technology development through data-driven insights in the highly specialized aviation and mobility industries.

While some technologies used by the team, such as AWS CDK and TypeScript, are not required qualifications for this role, candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply even if they do not have prior experience with them. We expect successful candidates to develop these skills after joining the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and improvement opportunities through customer data analysis
• Conduct data validation and feasibility studies for customer-defined business challenges
• Measure and quantitatively evaluate the effectiveness of company services and solutions
• Design, build, and automate data analysis pipelines using AWS CDK (TypeScript preferred)
• Communicate analytical findings and provide recommendations to the BizDev team
• Prepare presentation materials and proposals for customers

■学位

•理工系の修士号以上

■実装能力：以下のいずれかを満たしている方

• コンピューターサイエンス系学科の修士号以上

• プログラミング言語を用いたシステム開発またはデータ分析の実務経験（3年以上）

※プログラミング言語例：JavaScript、TypeScript、Ruby、Python、C、C++等

■データ分析経験：データ分析を通じて、以下のいずれかを業務として行った経験（3年以上）

• ビジネス課題・機会の発見

• 評価指標の設計と提案

• 施策の効果検証と定量評価

■英語力

•ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル

Required

Education

Master's degree or higher in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) fields

Technical Implementation Experience

Candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development or data analysis using programming languages
• Examples of relevant programming languages include:
• Python
• JavaScript
• TypeScript
• Ruby
• C
• C++
• and similar languages

Data Analysis Experience

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience using data analysis to perform one or more of the following:

• Identifying business challenges and opportunities
• Designing and proposing evaluation metrics and KPIs
• Measuring and quantitatively evaluating the effectiveness of business initiatives

English Proficiency

• Business-level English proficiency or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience in, or an academic background related to, the aviation or aerospace industry
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data analysis systems
• Experience building cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK (any programming language). Experience implementing AWS CDK with TypeScript is particularly welcome.

年収

750～900万円（※実際の給与は能力・経験を考慮の上、最終決定）

Salary

7.5 to 9 million JPY or more per annum (*Final salary will be decided based on ability and experience)
