The Director of Enterprise Data Management & Analytics will play a critical leadership role in shaping how the Bank leverages data as a strategic asset, enabling informed decision-making, improving operational efficiency, and uncovering meaningful insights that support the Bank’s mission.

What You’ll Do

• Lead enterprise data strategy, governance, and analytics initiatives
• Build and develop a high-performing team of data professionals
• Oversee data platforms, BI tools, and advanced analytics solutions
• Drive data quality, compliance, and security in a highly regulated environment
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver actionable insights and business value
• Champion innovation, leveraging modern technologies including AI and cloud analytics

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or engineering
• 6+ years of leadership experience building and leading data teams
• Expertise in data warehousing, BI tools, and enterprise analytics platforms
• Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
• Experience operating in complex, regulated environments preferred
• Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Power Platform, Python, or similar
