The AI Platform team within our Technology Center is the group's core engineering team for the AI era — we ship to production, build platforms and own SLAs, not POCs or slideware. Centered on the IRIS MCP Gateway (ARK WAY), we build and operate Noah's global AI infrastructure, connecting Claude Enterprise with KYC / KYP / KYA data and business systems and turning AI access from policy-by-goodwill into an architecturally-enforced control point.

Role Overview

As an AI Platform Expert you are a hands-on technical core, designing and building the platform's three pillars — LLM onboarding & integration, the IRIS / ARK WAY MCP Gateway, and business-data application management — to a production bar of 99.5%+ availability, P95

Key Responsibilities

• Implement unified multi-LLM access (OpenAI / Gemini / Claude) through the NOAH AI Gateway: routing, failover, PII desensitization, output filtering, hard budget control and full logging
• Design and build the IRIS / ARK WAY MCP Gateway backend: API design, auth & RBAC, traffic governance, kill-switch, release management and SLA
• Build MCP Connectors for business systems (KYC / KYP / KYA), wiring data and permission flows with L1–L4 classification and data-sovereignty compliance
• Build business-data application management: labeling, cleaning pipelines, data-warehouse in/out (ETL), data quality and lineage
• Continuously optimize performance, stability, cost and observability; lead deep-dives and deliver reusable components

Requirements — Must-have

• 8+ years backend/platform engineering, incl. 3+ years hands-on AI platform, data platform or high-concurrency systems
• Proficient in Node.js / Python (or Go / Java) with solid system & API design; familiar with AWS / public cloud
• Hands-on with API Gateway / MCP / middleware systems; understands auth, rate-limiting, routing, circuit-breaking and observability
• Familiar with data engineering: deep practice in at least one of cleaning, ETL, DW/lakehouse in-out, or data quality

Requirements — Nice-to-have

• Exposure to or hands-on with Anthropic MCP tool/data-source interconnect
• Awareness of financial-grade data security, DLP, tenant isolation and cross-border data-transfer compliance
• Bilingual (CN/EN)
