Pricing Analyst

Position: Pricing Analyst

Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Pricing Analyst to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a highly analytical role supporting product pricing strategy for a manufacturing-focused organization. You’ll help evaluate pricing options, review market trends, and improve pricing accuracy across customizable products. It’s a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with data, building insights, and partnering across teams to influence business decisions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Build and maintain pricing models using cost and market data
• Analyze materials, labor, freight, and overhead costs
• Track competitor pricing and market trends
• Support pricing strategy for new and existing products
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership
• Evaluate pricing performance by product, region, and segment
• Partner with cross-functional teams on pricing decisions
• Review non-standard quote pricing requests
• Maintain pricing data accuracy across systems
• Identify process improvements to increase pricing efficiency

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Approximately 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with SQL, Python, or Power BI/Tableau
• Ability to interpret complex data sets
• Clear communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Manufacturing or engineered-to-order experience
• HVAC industry exposure
• ERP system familiarity, such as SAP or Dynamics
• Knowledge of cost accounting principles
• Experience with pricing optimization tools
• Background in statistical analysis
