TriPowers LLC is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee statewide field technician operations supporting enterprise workstation management services.
The Operations Manager will coordinate field deployments, technician scheduling, logistics, repair operations, and service delivery activities across Texas.
Responsibilities- Manage statewide field operations teams
- Coordinate deployment schedules and technician dispatching
- Oversee device installations, de-installations, moves, and break/fix support
- Manage operational escalations and issue resolution
- Ensure SLA and KPI compliance
- Coordinate with PMO, helpdesk, logistics, and client stakeholders
- Support reporting and operational performance reviews
- 5+ years IT field operations experience
- Experience managing desktop support or field technician teams
- Experience with enterprise deployments and break/fix services
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Government or healthcare experience
- ITIL knowledge
- Experience managing statewide or multi-site operations
