About the Role
As a Data Analyst Manager/Advisor, you will serve as a bridge between raw data and business strategy. You will be responsible for designing analytical frameworks, interpreting trends, and providing clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership. This role is ideal for a professional who wants to leverage their experience in a flexible, part-time capacity while driving tangible business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Advise senior management on data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members on best practices in data analysis
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits and validation processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with at least 3–5 years in a senior, managerial, or advisory capacity
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business questions into analytical projects
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with statistical analysis (e.g., R, Python) is a plus
- Must be based in or willing to work in Dallas, US time zone
