If you thrive on balancing hands-on analytics with high-level strategic input, this is the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact without a full-time commitment.

About the Role

As a Data Analyst Manager/Advisor, you will serve as a bridge between raw data and business strategy. You will be responsible for designing analytical frameworks, interpreting trends, and providing clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership. This role is ideal for a professional who wants to leverage their experience in a flexible, part-time capacity while driving tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute complex data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Advise senior management on data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members on best practices in data analysis
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits and validation processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with at least 3–5 years in a senior, managerial, or advisory capacity
  • Expertise in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business questions into analytical projects
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with statistical analysis (e.g., R, Python) is a plus
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Dallas, US time zone

Benefits & Compensation

  • Competitive Pay: $25–$30 USD per hour, reflecting your advisory-level expertise
  • Flexible Schedule: Part-time hours (20–25 hours/week) with autonomy to manage your time
  • Impact & Influence: Directly shape business decisions and mentor the next generation of analysts
  • Remote Flexibility: Work from home or a hybrid setup in the Dallas area
  • Professional Growth: Access to ongoing learning resources and industry webinars
