MODULE LEAD - Quantitative Analysis

We are seeking a highly motivated Analytical Engineer to join our team. The role involves working with large-scale healthcare datasets, transforming raw data into meaningful analytical models, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data engineering and analytics by developing scalable data pipelines and delivering high-quality datasets for reporting and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Build and optimize analytical data models to support business intelligence and analytics requirements.
• Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data, including Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across various sources.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Develop efficient SQL queries and perform data transformations.
• Support reporting, dashboarding, and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong SQL and data modeling experience.
• Hands-on experience with ETL concepts and data transformation.
• Experience with Python.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working with large datasets and analytical solutions.
