✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• At least 4 years of experience in a Data Science or similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in Python, Spark, and Git, with a solid understanding of software engineering best practices
• Hands-on experience building predictive models and solving optimisation problems with demonstrable results
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins) and orchestration platforms (e.g. Airflow)
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider, with a preference for AWS
• Ability to develop proof-of-concepts and take them all the way to production-ready code
• A plus: prior exposure to pricing optimisation problems or experience in the fashion or retail industry

👉 WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Work within the Pricing squad, providing data-driven support to functional teams in defining product prices and discount strategies
• Develop and maintain machine learning models and optimisation algorithms to enhance pricing decision-making
• Build and iterate on proof-of-concepts, turning them into scalable, production-grade solutions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
• Contribute to the data community through collaboration forums, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to coding best practices across the full model development lifecycle
