Senior Snowflake Data Engineer – B2B Contract - 12 Months
I am currently hiring for a Senior Data Engineer to join a modern data platform project on a remote-first B2B contract basis.
This is a senior, hands-on engineering role focused on designing, building, and maintaining scalable data solutions within a Snowflake-based environment. The position would suit someone who enjoys working across data architecture, modelling, pipeline development, data quality, and governance.
Role overview:
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for developing reliable and scalable data engineering solutions, building efficient ETL/ELT processes, and ensuring data is well-modelled, governed, and ready for downstream use by analytics and business teams.

Required experience:
- 6+ years’ experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong commercial experience with Snowflake
- Hands-on experience with Airflow and dbt
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Experience with data modelling and modern data warehouse architecture
- Experience working with Data Lakes
- Understanding of Data Governance, data quality, metadata, or lineage
- Polish language skills required
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with Monte Carlo or Atlan
- Data Vault or Data Mesh experience
- Experience with data platform migrations
- Tableau or Snowflake dashboarding experience
- Exposure to AI, Snowflake AI, or AI-native engineering approaches
This role would suit a senior engineer who wants to work on a modern Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Python, and SQL stack in a flexible remote setup.
