Full Stack Engineer OR Data Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Odesa Metropolitan Area for a Full Stack Engineer or Data Engineer. Day-to-day responsibilities may include designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, APIs, and data pipelines that support core business operations. The role involves collaborating with product, QA, and design teams to implement features, optimize performance, ensure data quality, and improve system reliability. Tasks include writing clean, maintainable code, participating in code reviews, integrating front-end and back-end components, and working with databases and cloud services. The engineer will also help monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development for building robust, scalable services and APIs.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience in Full-Stack Development, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive applications.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), data modeling, and ETL or data pipeline concepts for Data Engineering tasks.
• Familiarity with at least one major programming language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or similar) and common frameworks.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to analyze requirements, solve complex technical problems, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
