HR Coordinator (Contract)

Downtown Dallas | Hybrid (Mon–Thu in office, Fridays remote)

Spectrum Search Group has been retained by a Dallas‑based organization to identify a Temporary HR Coordinator to support their Human Resources team. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role supporting day‑to‑day HR operations in a fast‑moving but collaborative environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Coordinator who enjoys being the “go‑to” support partner, thrives in a service‑oriented role, and is comfortable jumping in and keeping things moving.

The Opportunity

Our client is a large multi-family real estate organization with a corporate headquarters in downtown Dallas. The HR team is established, supportive, and organized — they are looking for someone who can step in, learn quickly, and provide steady coverage through the fall.

The role is expected to move quickly and is ideal for someone who is currently available or recently on the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as a first point of contact for HR‑related inquiries (shared inbox support)
• Coordinate interviews and support recruiting logistics
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding in HR systems
• Process employee lifecycle changes (new hires, terminations, job changes)
• Support I‑9 tracking and compliance
• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation
• Partner with HR leadership on basic reporting and administrative projects
• Provide general HR coordination and customer‑service‑oriented support to employees and managers

What We're Looking For

• Prior HR Coordinator or HR Admin experience
• Strong soft skills and a customer‑service mindset
• Experience with HR systems (ADP experience is a big plus)
• Comfortable supporting onboarding, interview coordination, and HR operations
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented approach
