Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer in our product organization you’ll have the chance to work closely with Sales, Account Managers, and Sales Engineering to scope client analytics opportunities, as well as work closely with Data Science, Analysts, and Engineering to deliver on scoped projects.
In the role you will be accountable for, but not limited to, the following:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions
- Build end-to-end pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, and deployment
- Work closely with product, engineering, and client teams to ensure successful implementation
- Developing rapid prototypes by leveraging the latest AI technologies
- Provide technical guidance, demos, and support during pre-sales and post-deployment phases
- Strong programming skills in Python (experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL
- Experience with developing production workflows on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and using API feeds.
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts and prior experience handling large datasets with big data tools like Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery is desired.
- Solid understanding of ML concepts: Predictive analytics (supervised/unsupervised learning), model evaluation, feature engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Exposure to AI tools like Replit, Retool is a bonus
- Good communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
