BI Developer - ERP

The BI Developer contributes to large-scale data efforts and provides specialized support to business partners and project managers involved in the Acumatica rollout. You will lead development efforts on reporting projects, maintaining a high standard of accuracy, organization, and self-initiative.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of direct work experience in BI development, data analysis, or a similar capacity.
Travel: 0-10%.
Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports, Generic Inquiries, and interactive dashboards within the Acumatica ERP environment.
- Build compelling visual stories using Power BI or similar tools to help leadership track KPIs across diverse markets like Data Centers and Energy Products.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to integrate Acumatica data with other SaaS applications such as Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow for a unified business view.
- Work closely with analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Implement rigorous data quality checks to ensure financial and operational reports are accurate, consistent, and audit ready.
- Administer and optimize reporting queries to ensure high performance and minimize system downtime.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, reporting logic, and dashboard configurations.
- Stay current with Acumatica updates and emerging BI trends to recommend enhancements to FTI’s data strategy.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
