Are you passionate about designing scalable data platforms and transforming raw data into business value? At CloudThat, we are looking for a talented Data Engineer to build modern data solutions leveraging cloud technologies, big data platforms, and automation.


What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Build and optimize data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics platforms.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
  • Develop data integration solutions using cloud-native services.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Business Teams to deliver data-driven insights.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and performance optimization.
  • Automate data workflows and monitoring processes.


Required Skills

✅ Strong experience in Python, SQL, and Data Modeling

✅ Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform

✅ Experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, or similar Big Data technologies

✅ Knowledge of ETL tools and orchestration frameworks such as Airflow, ADF, Glue, or Data Factory

✅ Experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse

✅ Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and DataOps practices

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Cloud certifications are an added advantage.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Exposure to AI/ML data pipelines is a plus.
