Role Summary
The Data Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights to help the organization make informed decisions. They work across multiple data sources using available tools to analyze, visualize, and communicate findings in a clear, business-friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, develop tools, and support decision making processes.
- Collect data from system, then clean and preprocess it to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Translate analytic results into actionable strategies for sales, finance, operations, purchasing, and other business units.
- Create dashboards, charts, and reports using tools like PowerBI to communicate findings effectively.
- Support ERP enhancements and system optimization projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of data analytic experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, PowerBI, cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support users across departments.
