岗位职责
- 核心项目把控:主导重点客户核心项目的完整对接与落地。包括理解和引导客户需求并给出建设性专业建议,将需求转化为可执行方案,指导项目团队完成高质量研究设计,数据采集和最终报告等全流程。期间有有能力解决项目重难点问题,协调内外部资源,高效解决合作及交付中的各类问题,保障最终项目高质量交付。
- 业务统筹:可同时统筹多个类型的汽车用研项目(用户洞察、产品定义、上市前产品验证、上市后市场验证、海外用户研究等),把控多个项目的整体交付进度和质量。
- 客户经营:精准捕捉客户业务痛点与潜在需求,拓展新的业务合作场景与项目机会,提升客户复购率与合作深度,支撑业务营收稳步增长。
- 人才培养:针对性培养研究员、研究经理、研究员等团队人才,提升团队整体专业度。
- 方法论沉淀:搭建表转化的用户研究体系与方法论;沉淀研究案例库、标准题库、访谈体系、分析模型等,持续迭代研究工具与研究方法,推动团队能力整体提升。
Qualifications
任职要求
- 学历背景:本科及以上学历,专业不限。
- 从业经验:8年以上汽车用户研究/市场研究经验。海外项目经验者优先。
- 业务能力:深耕汽车用研业务,熟悉各类定性定量方法,精通汽车用研体系。
- 团队管理能力:擅长交付团队管理与人才带教。
- 客户与商务能力:具备优秀的沟通汇报、需求挖掘能力,可长期维系核心客户关系,提升复购率。
- 综合素养:目标感强,抗压性和应变性优秀,具备良好的团队协作与管理意识。
- 工具能力:熟练使用办公软件、常规调研工具及AI工具。
- 语言能力:英文沟通读写流利,可支撑海外项目对接者优先。
