Represent employers in labor and employment litigation, advise on compliance with employment laws, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and participate in depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.

Requirements

- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school - 3–5 years of labor and employment litigation experience at a law firm - Demonstrated experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, and employment litigation strategy - Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws - Trial experience is a plus - Judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred - Active membership in the Florida Bar Benefits
