Represent employers in labor and employment litigation, compliance matters, and traditional labor issues. Ideal for an attorney with 3–5 years of labor and employment litigation experience. What You Will Do Represent employers in labor and employment litigation, advise on compliance with employment laws, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and participate in depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.
