You will play a key part in shaping how advanced analytics supports both client delivery and business growth, while building your leadership capabilities in a supportive, collaborative team.

The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support the Head of Business Intelligence in delivering high-quality analytics and guiding best practice across the team. You will work across a range of client-focused projects, using data to generate insight and recommendation.

• Lead the delivery of advanced analytics projects across campaign, customer, and commercial data
• Ensure quality and best practice across analytical outputs within your team
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Support pre-campaign analysis, campaign strategy, and post-campaign evaluation
• Mentor and develop junior analysts, with responsibility to grow a small team over time
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enhance analytical capability
• Contribute to improving processes, tools, and ways of working within the BI function

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience using Python for data analysis
• Advanced Excel and confidence working with large, complex datasets
• Solid understanding of data modelling, data cleansing, and validation techniques
• Experience delivering analytics projects in a commercial or client-focused setting
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
• Interest in mentoring or leading others, with a desire to develop leadership skills

• Exposure to media, marketing, or agency environments is beneficial but not required
