Your role
As a Head of Digitalisation & Analytics, reporting to the Group CIO and member of the ICT Management Committee, you will lead the Group’s digital transformation and build a data-driven culture across all Business Units.
You will define and execute the digitalization roadmap, deploy advanced AI and Analytics capabilities, and enable Business Units to leverage these assets for measurable value creation across the organization.
This position combines strategic vision, technical leadership, and people management in a complex, multicultural and international environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Define and steer the Group’s Digitalisation & AI strategy in close alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with the Digital Workplace & AI Manager, Data Analytics Manager, Business Analysts and Product Owners to ensure consistency and value creation across all digital pillars
- Build, manage and continuously improve the enterprise Analytics ecosystem (BI platforms, data lakes, data warehouses) and establish robust data governance frameworks
- Lead the identification, evaluation and deployment of AI use cases; co-define the enterprise AI strategy and drive Group-wide adoption of Generative AI for measurable impact
- Supervise, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team (~33 people, including 12 based in India) of data engineers, BI developers, digital project managers, and business analysts
- Oversee the portfolio of digital projects from ideation through delivery, ensuring prioritization, resource allocation, KPI tracking and value realization
- Identify, select and manage technology partners, software vendors and specialized consultancies in analytics, AI and digital transformation
- Manage the digitalization and analytics budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI and strategic impact
- Champion digital culture by promoting innovation, change adoption and internal awareness of digital and AI initiatives across all Business Units

Your profile
Experience & Technical Skills
- Master's degree in IT, Data Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital transformation, analytics or related fields
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide analytics and BI programmes
- Strong knowledge of modern data architectures, SaaS platforms and Power Platform (Microsoft)
- Team leadership in an international and multicultural environment
- Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus
- Experience with digital twin, IoT or Industry 4.0 initiatives is a plus
- Strong leadership and entrepreneurial mindset — ability to translate strategy into execution
- Outstanding communication skills — ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Change management capabilities — acts as an ambassador for digital culture across the Group
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong analytical thinking
- Adaptable, fast learner, with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies
