Business Intelligence Developer at BairesDev

As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will transform raw data into actionable insights by building robust dashboards and semantic models. You will translate complex data requirements into intuitive visual stories that drive strategic business decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions including interactive dashboards and automated reports across major platforms.
• Engineer complex semantic layers and data models to ensure a single source of truth for business metrics.
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to extract and transform data from diverse warehouse environments.
• Partner with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain and govern the data catalog and metadata to ensure high data quality and consistency across all reporting assets.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Engineering.
• Proven expertise in building dashboards and semantic models using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data modeling and semantic layer development.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and reporting best practices.
• Deep understanding of data warehouse architectures and metadata management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
