Must-Have
- 5+ years of experience working as BI / Data Engineer
- Strong experience with Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL and performance tuning)
- Experience developing ETL pipelines and Data Warehouse solutions
- Strong knowledge of dimensional modelling (Kimball methodology)
- Experience with Power BI (data modelling, DAX and reporting)
- Experience with Azure data services (Data Factory and/or Synapse)
- Knowledge of Data Quality and Data Governance best practices
- Good organizational skills, autonomy and problem-solving mindset
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders
- Experience with hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud)
- Experience with CI/CD in data projects
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
- Experience with enterprise Data Governance frameworks
- Continuous Training and Certifications
