🔎 Senior Programmer Analyst – CRM & Marketing Data

📍 Onsite (Orlando, FL area)

💲 $120K Base + ~8% Bonus

If you’ve worked at the intersection of CRM, marketing analytics, and application development, this is a high-impact role where your insights will directly influence business performance.

We’re partnering with a large, enterprise organization seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to support and enhance CRM and marketing data systems. This role is ideal for someone who can analyze campaign performance, translate data into insights, and build technical solutions to improve results.

⚠️ Note: This is not a pure development role—it’s a blend of application development + data analysis + business insight generation.

✅ What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain CRM and customer data applications
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance to identify what’s working vs. underperforming
  • Translate business and marketing requirements into technical solutions
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Build and support data pipelines, reporting, and analytical use cases
  • Support customer segmentation, lifecycle analysis, and campaign reporting
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and ensure high-quality code delivery
  • Proactively identify issues across systems and drive resolution
  • Support day-to-day CRM data operations tied to marketing initiatives

✅ Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of programming/analyst experience in enterprise environments
  • Experience with modern programming languages (e.g., .NET, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Strong SQL and relational database expertise
  • Hands-on Python experience (data analysis, automation, processing)
  • Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines
  • Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks or similar tools
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or similar tools

✅ Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with CRM platforms or customer data systems
  • Background in marketing analytics, campaign performance, or customer insights
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse)
  • Experience with ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, Alteryx, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data modeling, integrations, and workflows
  • Exposure to marketing technologies (Adobe Campaign, Customer Insights, etc.)
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency and automation

  • Comfortable working across data, development, and CRM ecosystems
  • Experience supporting both new initiatives and existing production systems

ℹ️ Additional Details

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
  • Onsite role initially; hybrid eligibility may be considered after onboarding/training based on performance and business need
