Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain system integrations across enterprise platforms (e.g., SIS, CRM, and other institutional systems)
- Develop and support dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for departments and leadership
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reporting layers
- Support process automation and data workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Document integrations, data flows, and reporting logic to support long-term sustainability
- Collaborate with IT and functional teams to enhance system capabilities and user experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in integrations, reporting, or data-related development work
- Strong understanding of data structures, APIs, and system connectivity concepts
- Experience working with reporting or dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Experience working with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jenzabar, or similar platforms)
- Familiarity with data integration tools or middleware platforms
- Exposure to automation or workflow tools
- Experience in higher education or nonprofit environments
- Understanding of data governance, security, and privacy best practices
- Experience supporting cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives
- Familiarity with API-based and cloud-based architectures
- This is an on-site position supporting Beacon College operations
