About The Role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data from our manufacturing and sales operations into actionable insights.
- You will bridge the gap between our technical database environment and the functional needs of the production floor to drive growth and operational efficiency.
- Data & ERP Management: Develop and manage BI solutions; maintain and optimize the Data Warehouse (ERP) and ensure 100% data integrity and correct entry across departments.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create user-friendly dashboards and visualizations that translate complex manufacturing data into clear business insights for stakeholders.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct deep-dive data investigations to identify process improvements, specifically targeting supply chain bottlenecks, production waste, and sales trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Management and various business units to understand data needs and design technical workflows for third-party partners.
- Operational Bridge: Act as the primary link between technical systems and the furniture manufacturing team to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Business Intelligence role, preferably within a manufacturing or structured environment.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of ERP systems, Data Warehousing, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Delivery: Proven ability to meet deadlines and produce high-quality visualizations that drive executive decisions.
