Job Description:

You will join the AAI analytics team in KL as the second Tableau resource, working alongside and under the direction of the CL9 Senior BI Lead (KL#10). The application portfolio is identical — Customer Engagement Suite, BIG42, Ecosystem Analytics and Subnational Analytics — with combined incident volumes of 7,260 P1/P2 per year. Your role is to absorb incident volume, handle initial triage and resolve standard issues, escalating complex cases to the CL9 Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Handle first-line incident triage and resolution for Customer Engagement Suite, BIG42 and Ecosystem Analytics Resolve standard Tableau incidents — broken extracts, slow reports, access issues, data discrepancies Support CCPA compliance in data handling across Ecosystem Analytics and Subnational Analytics Assist with Power BI reports and dataflow issues under CL9 Lead guidance Escalate complex incidents to CL9 Senior BI Lead (KL#10) Maintain APG3 8x5 gold SLA — P1/P2 response within contractual timelines Contribute to Tableau documentation — extract schedules, data source inventory, dashboard registerMust-Have Skills Tableau Desktop and Server — intermediate to advanced level Power BI — dashboard and dataflow troubleshooting SQL Server — querying and data validation for BI incident investigation CCPA data handling awareness Experience managing high-volume incident queues on BI platforms 8x5 gold SLA adherenceGood-to-Have Skills Typo3 CMS awareness — BIG42 stack context Multi-source data blending (Snowflake, SQL Server, AWS) Pharma commercial analytics — HCP engagement, commercial performance KPIs Tableau performance troubleshooting — extract optimisation, query bandingExperience Required3–5 years Tableau/BI. Aug start — CL9 Lead already established, structured team in place from day one.
