Role Summar

yWe are seeking a senior data professional to lead analytics, business intelligence, and data delivery initiatives across the business. The role will be highly hands-on, requiring strong Power BI, SQL, and data engineering capability alongside stakeholder management and team leadership. The successful candidate will design and deliver dashboards, data models, reporting solutions, and scalable pipelines that support operational and strategic decision-making

.
Key Responsibiliti

• esLead the design, build, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for business users and leadership team
• s.Develop and optimize SQL-based data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytics solutions across cloud and on-prem environment
• s.Work hands-on with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, SSIS, Python/PySpark, and related tools to support data transformation and automatio
• n.Translate business requirements into clear reporting and data solutions, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional team
• s.Manage data quality, validation, governance, and compliance reporting to ensure trusted output
• s.Support migration and modernization initiatives, including movement to cloud-based lakehouse or warehouse environment
• s.Mentor analysts or junior BI team members and contribute to better delivery practices, agile ways of working, and process improvemen

t.Required Skil

• lsStrong experience in Power BI, DAX, and dashboard developmen
• t.Advanced SQL and data modelling skill
• s.Experience with Python and/or PySpark for analytics or data engineerin
• g.Hands-on knowledge of Databricks and cloud data platforms, ideally Azure-base
• d.Experience with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Alteryx, or simila
• r.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting to senior leader
• s.Experience leading or mentoring teams in a BI, analytics, or data engineering functio
