Your Responsibilities
Analytics & Tracking:
- Lead the ongoing development, enhancement, and optimization of web and app tracking frameworks.
- Define, document, and maintain tracking requirements, measurement plans, events, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business objectives with analytics and measurement strategies.
- Ensure accurate and scalable tracking implementations across digital channels.
- Design, build, maintain, and continuously improve reporting solutions and dashboards.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for business and digital teams.
- Monitor data quality and reporting accuracy to support informed decision making.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers through data analysis.
- Act as the functional owner for all consent-related topics associated with analytics and marketing technologies.
- Manage and oversee consent management processes and compliance requirements related to data collection.
- Ensure the correct implementation and maintenance of cookies, tags, scripts, and third-party tracking solutions.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to assess and govern tracking related vendor integrations.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Looker Studio
- Google BigQuery
- Usercentrics Consent Management Platform
- Additional tracking, analytics, and third-party tools from a consent and tracking governance perspective
- Proven experience in digital analytics, web/app tracking, or marketing technology environments.
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience designing measurement frameworks, KPIs, events, and tracking specifications.
- Proficiency in reporting and dashboard creation using Looker Studio and/or similar BI tools.
- Working knowledge of BigQuery and data analysis concepts.
- Experience with consent management platforms and privacy-compliant data collection practices.
- Strong understanding of cookies, tags, scripts, and third-party integrations.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable measurement solutions.
