Position: Senior BI Analyst (web)
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Analyst focusing on web analytics within the Web Data team, covering marketing and user behavioral analytics tracks. Your responsibilities will include tracking, collecting and analyzing data from different sources, developing campaign strategies, and funnels, optimizing and reporting online campaigns performance, based on collected data.
Job Responsibilities
● Setup, monitor and standardize Digital tools across all GEOs (GTM, GA4, Appsflyer, Redtrack, etc)
● Write and maintain integration scripts for GTM and support tracking logic implementation
● Work with BigQuery for querying, validating, and analyzing marketing and user behavioral data
● Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data from different channels
● Developing and presenting outcomes from your analyses, including actionable insights and
recommendations
● Creating dashboards, data visualizations, campaign and website performance reports
● Setup tracking of new advertising campaigns/channels on request
● Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing goals (ROI,
CPA, LTV, ..)
● Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
and customer touch points.
Required Qualifications
● Experience in statistical models
● Knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a big plus
● Hands-on experience with BigQuery
● Understanding of how marketing tracking models work, including attribution logic, campaign tracking,
conversion tracking, events, pixels, UTM logic, and postback flows
● Ability to build or support dbt models for analytical reporting and data transformation
● Strong knowledge of tracking and analytical tools - GTM, Google Analytics 4, Facebook Pixel, Appsflyer,
Google Ads conversions, Ad Trackers, etc
● Strong understanding of Digital Marketing KPIs, such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA,, LTV etc.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
● Аttention to details.
● Knowledge in social media platforms, as well as with SEM, media buying, Influencer marketing etc
● Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
● Ability to make data-driven decisions
● Ability to work with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Programmatic platforms, etc.
(certifications is a plus).

● Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Metabase, and Excel.
● Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in reporting and data tracking.

● Ability to work with large datasets and utilize SQL or Python for data analysis.
● Understanding of dbt-based analytical modeling and reusable reporting layers.
● Effective communication skills to present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise
manner.
● Ability to adapt to fast-changing digital marketing trends and emerging tools.
● Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
