Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree; Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or Engineering degrees are preferred,

· Minimum 3 years experience in CRM, Analytical Reporting and preferably involved in CRM establishment processes,

· Excellent command of written and spoken English,

· Excellent skills in MS Office applications,

· Hands-on experience in complex SQL queries, MS Dynamics CRM and Power BI, Google Analytics is a must,

· On-site marketing tools is a plus,

· Customer focused with a strategic point of view,

· Compatible with teamwork, strong business follow-up, reporting, finalization and communication aspects,

· Able to ensure that the work under their responsibility is carried out in a timely and accurate manner.


Job Description:

· Analyze current customer data, identifying areas of improvement and making suggestions,

· Creating the determined CRM reports in monthly / weekly periods, tracking and evaluating the reports with the manager,

· Prepare the domestic and international CRM KPI reports,

· Continuously seek for ways to improve data quality and enrichment,

· Cooperate with campaign management to improve campaign efficiency,

· Determine target groups for campaigns, supporting the preparation of special campaigns for customer segments by analyzing customer behavior and sales,

· Creating data-driven business outputs and deliver insights,

· Playing a role in the efforts to be made to gain new customers, reduce customer churn, increase customer satisfaction and loyalty,

· Taking part in all processes of customer loyalty program,

· Research innovations in global and local market on working area,

· Evaluate the capacity and functionality of existing database.
