What Do We Expect from You?
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL; highly proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM operations, campaign management, growth, product analytics, or data analytics.
- Hands-on experience with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms such as Braze, Insider, EVAM, D-Engage, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights; ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
Basic Functions:
- Designing, developing, and managing personalized, multi-channel communication and automation workflows tailored to customer segments and behaviors.
- Executing end-to-end operational processes for CRM campaigns, including planning, targeting, and journey creation.
- Ensuring the effective operation of loyalty programs and developing initiatives to increase customer retention and loyalty.
- Analyzing campaign performance regularly, reporting results, and translating insights into future action plans.
- Interpreting customer and campaign data to provide strategic recommendations that support business goals, identifying growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
- Improving regular reporting processes to build scalable and automation-ready structures.
- Developing data-driven projects and new use cases to enhance customer experience, engagement, and commercial performance.
