We are currently seeking an ''Marketing Analytics Executive'' to join our team with the following qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or Economics from a reputable university (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Analytics, Strategy or Business Development.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python and other analytical tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Insider, Emarsys) across Email, SMS, Mobile Push, In-App and Onsite channels.
  • Strong understanding of CRM KPIs including Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Retention, Churn, CLV and Incrementality.
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Data Studio.
  • Experience in customer segmentation, lifecycle management, personalized campaigns and trigger-based communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
  • Passion for innovation and keeping up with emerging marketing technologies and trends.


Job Description

  • Analyze customer and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights that improve business performance and KPIs.
  • Develop customer insights through data analysis, segmentation and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Manage customer database quality and ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare regular KPI reports and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM and marketing activities.
  • Plan, execute and optimize CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Mobile Push, In-App and Onsite channels using marketing automation tools.
  • Design and optimize customer lifecycle journeys, personalized communications and trigger-based campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on engagement, conversion, revenue and ROI metrics.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Measure the incremental impact of CRM activities and contribute to attribution and ROI analysis.
  • Forecast and assess the impact of marketing initiatives using quantitative analysis.
  • Support digital marketing and performance marketing activities through data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, Sales, Finance and external partners to deliver effective marketing initiatives.
