We are looking for a team member to join Toyota Türkiye’s Marketing & Corporate Communications team and support the communication activities of our growing commercial vehicle business.


🎯You Will Be a Perfect Match If You Have;

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in CRM Customer Analytics or related areas, preferably in the automotive industry, with direct responsibilities in areas such as customer segmentation, customer lifecycle management, campaign performance analysis, and CRM processes.
  • Knowledge of customer analytics concepts or a strong willingness to develop yourself in this field (Segmentation, RFM, Churn, CLV, Market Basket Analysis).
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI knowledge is a plus).
  • Basic SQL and Python knowledge.
  • A passion for transforming data into meaningful insights and business outcomes.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic statistical knowledge.
  • Strategic thinking skills and the ability to approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player attitude.
  • A results-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and ownership skills.
  • A growth mindset, curiosity, and a continuous desire to learn and improve.


📌 Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and continuously update customer segmentation models.
  • Generate customer value and loyalty insights through RFM, Churn, and CLV analyses.
  • Eager to keep up with technological innovations and apply them to business processes.
  • Transform analytical findings into actionable insights and present recommendations to decision makers.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, and different teams to drive and track business actions.
  • Support regular KPI monitoring and dashboard reporting activities.
