Job Identification:
We are looking for Data Scientist to be part of our Data Science team in Group Office.
What We Expect:
- Lead end-to-end AI and Machine Learning projects from ideation to production.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor Data Scientists to improve team capabilities and engineering excellence.
- Design, develop, deploy, and monitor predictive, forecasting, optimization, and Generative AI solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable ML and AI pipelines following MLOps and AI Governance best practices.
- Develop advanced machine learning, deep learning, ensemble, and time-series forecasting models.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Copilot solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Architects, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders to deliver AI products at scale.
- Present technical solutions and business recommendations to both technical and executive audiences.
- Ensure model reliability, explainability, governance, and operational excellence across the AI lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational guidelines, and knowledge-sharing materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
- Proven experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring team members.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, Vertex AI, AutoML, and cloud-native AI services.
- Experience building and deploying scalable Machine Learning solutions into production environments.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, feature engineering, model evaluation, and statistical techniques.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing Engineering teams.
