Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with a focus on problem-solving and effective communication. This role requires proficiency in core technical skills and project-specific tools, with a preference for candidates who have experience in AI, machine learning, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Optimize and manage data storage solutions in cloud environments.
• Implement and maintain data models to support business analytics and reporting.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and Spark to process and analyze large datasets.
• Work with Snowflake, Databricks, or other project-specific tools like Snaplogic or Talend.

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and cloud technologies.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or other relevant tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and practices.
