The team owns two responsibilities. On the SDK side, a native Kotlin and Swift code runs inside hundreds of publisher apps. It participates in 120 million daily auctions, renders ad creatives across multiple formats, and captures the behavioral signals that power 50 billion predictions per day. The constraint that defines this work: you're executing inside someone else's app, on someone else's device, with zero tolerance for instability. Every ad impression has to feel native and fast to the user.
On the analytics side, the dashboards, investigation tools, and data frameworks that turn raw data into decisions: real-time revenue performance across active campaigns, infrastructure cost visibility, and data quality assessments. If a number matters to the business or to engineering, this team makes it accessible.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For
- Strategic Roadmap & Team Leadership: We are looking for an analytics leader with 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence to define analytics strategy and lead our team of analysts. You will mentor the team, establish clear engineering standards, and shape how the analytics function grows rather than just operating within existing systems.
- AdTech or Gaming Expertise: You have a strong background in AdTech or mobile gaming, allowing you to immediately understand the mechanics of our user experience data, bidding auctions, and publisher apps. Your industry knowledge ensures you can contribute to our core revenue-performance and operational metrics from day one without a ramp-up period.
- Proactive Business Partnership: You are a proactive partner who independently identifies analytical blind spots and growth opportunities, translating complex data findings into actionable recommendations and solutions for both technical and non-technical business leaders - bringing data-backed proposals to the business before being asked.
- High-Scale Data Strategy: You thrive on significant data scale, having managed environments processing hundreds of millions of daily events. You will design reliable automated data pipelines and transformation frameworks, collaborating with data science, data engineering, and backend teams to align on shared infrastructure and data quality standards.
- BI Platform Versatility: You bring proven experience across multiple business intelligence and visualization platforms (such as QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, or similar). You will leverage this expertise to design dashboards that make real-time revenue performance, active campaign data, and infrastructure costs clear and accessible across the company.
- Business-Focused Analytics Engineering: You bring advanced SQL proficiency and Python expertise to build structured data layers with tools like dbt and Airflow. Rather than being tied to a single technology stack, your broad familiarity with data tools allows you to design data structures capable of handling a high-volume ecosystem of 50 billion daily events.
