About The Role

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will bridge data engineering, analytics, and business, building scalable data models and pipelines to enable reliable, high-quality data for decision-making.

What You Will Do

Data Ownership & Collaboration

• Collect business requirements and translate complex needs into technical solutions
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data solutions
• Consult with data consumers to define meaningful datasets for analytical use

Data Modeling & Pipelines

• Design, implement, and optimize data models (DWH/Data Mart, Star Schema, Dimensional)
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines with focus on scalability and performance
• Refactor data warehouse structures to improve consistency and efficiency

Data Quality & Standards

• Ensure data quality through testing, validation, and monitoring
• Create and maintain data documentation
• Improve coding standards, maintainability, and best practices across the data platform

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience working as a data analyst, business analyst, or similar role, ideally in a fast-moving digital or fintech environment
• Strong experience in data modeling and data architecture
• Deep understanding of SQL with ability to write and optimize complex queries
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines and data warehouse concepts
• Familiarity with BigQuery, dbt is a plus
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Familiarity with modern data stack and distributed systems
