As a Product Delivery Director at JPMorganChase within Global Supplier Services in Corporate, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology programs that enable business goals across the firm. You will apply deep technical understanding and strong leadership to shape delivery strategy, manage resources and budgets, and guide high-performing teams through change. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align scope, outcomes, and measurable value. You will strengthen execution governance and risk management to ensure high-quality, professional service delivery.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive delivery plans that integrate technical requirements, dependencies, resources, and timelines to achieve on-time outcomes
  • Lead cross-functional planning with product, engineering, vendor partners, and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and success measures aligned to business goals
  • Establish delivery governance, track milestones and risks, and provide clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively, implementing contingency plans to maintain program momentum and delivery quality
  • Manage program resources and budgets, optimizing capacity and spend while maintaining high standards for delivery performance
  • Apply advanced analytical reasoning to evaluate program performance, identify root causes, and implement data-driven improvements to increase efficiency and predictability
  • Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of learning, ownership, and innovation
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making through effective communication, negotiation, and influence across diverse teams and priorities
  • Partner with vendor stakeholders to support delivery outcomes, strengthen operational effectiveness, and improve service quality over time

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on product delivery concepts and 10+ years applied experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex technology programs in a large, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build trusted partnerships and influence decisions across product, engineering, vendor, and business teams
  • Strong technical fluency to translate business outcomes into delivery plans, assess tradeoffs, and guide solution discussions with engineering teams and vendor partners
  • Proven experience managing resources and budgets, including forecasting, capacity planning, and delivery prioritization
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, manage change, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into measurable deliverables
  • Advanced communication skills, including clear status reporting, risk articulation, and executive-ready storytelling

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience delivering technology initiatives in supplier services, procurement, third-party ecosystems, or enterprise service management domains
  • Experience implementing delivery metrics and operating mechanisms that improve predictability, quality, and stakeholder transparency
  • Agile delivery certification or advanced experience scaling agile practices across multiple teams and workstreams
  • Experience leading vendor performance management, including service quality improvements and delivery governance enhancements
  • Familiarity with modern technology delivery patterns (cloud, APIs, data integration) and how they impact delivery planning and risk management
