While Slurrp Farm brings the goodness of millets to children, Mille caters to the young adults looking for healthy food options. It's our mission to provide tasty and 100% natural alternatives to the junk food that surrounds us today. We believe that, in many ways, we need to go back to eating like our grandparents did; to the nutritious traditional food that has existed for millennia in India. Most of our foods are made of millets i.e Ragi, Jowar, Bajra and Foxtail Millet.

The founders of Wholsum Foods, Shauravi Malik and Meghana Narayan, are foodies, entrepreneurs, and parents to young children. We at Wholsum Foods believe people are our greatest asset. WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS?

• Identifying, translating and solving business problems using data analytics
• Selecting features, building and optimising machine learning algorithms that impact the business
• Optimizing resources, negotiating on license costs and maintaining overall data architecture.
• End to end model deployment working closely with different teams like performance marketing, finance, revenue, supply chain and operations, etc.
• Monitoring model performance and creating alerts for any data leakage
• Create use cases with respect to the domain for solving a business problem.
• Research and test novel machine learning approaches for analyzing large-scale distributed computing applications.
• Suggest innovative and creative concepts and ideas that would improve the overall platform.
• Strong understanding of the most recent trends around the fmcg food industry and adoption.

• Technical knowledge and experience in working with python, automation with python, ETL, reporting and data visualization libraries like matplot lib, streamlit, etc
• Data visualization and reporting using Power BI. Other tools like Looker Studio will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of cloud and managing resources in cloud, primarily on Azure. Other cloud providers like AWS and GCP also an added advantage
• Basic understanding of deploying virtual machines on cloud, scheduling tasks and monitoring
• Data pipeline end-to-end creation and implementation, should know how to curate functional data architecture from scratch. Data scraping/fetching to storage & manipulation to visualisation
• Should know how to use create, manage and connect with APIs for data from platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Amazon, OMS tools like EasyEcom, Unicomm etc
• Experience with machine learning models for regression and forecasting analytics like Classification, Data/Text Mining, NLP, Image Processing, Decision Trees, Random Forest, Neural Networks, Deep Learning Algorithms
• Experience and knowledge in using AI tools for automation and reporting. Should know how to deploy agentic AI tools for different purposes
• Resource management and optimization
• Knowledge of ERP implementation and working is a good to have skill
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary data consolidation and analytics roles

• 5-8 yrs experience in a similar role.
• Data architecture management and optimisation
• Understanding business problems and solving them via analytics
• Deploying data pipelines in production based on Continuous Delivery practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Great attention to detail. Organisational skills & an analytical mind.

• Fast paced growth in startup FMCG space.
